US-based The Village Anthology is a highly curated boutique carrying a fabulous range of products for baby, child and mama too. Founder Sydney searches the world over for ‘beautiful things that make people smile’ – what a great criterion!
Every item is the creation of an independent designer and maker, from Japan through Europe to the US. You will find a big selection of fun and colourful clothing for babies and children aged 0 to 10 years old, alongside other things your little ones might need. That includes lots of toys, of course, as well as nursery essentials such as baby essentials such as rockers and swaddles.
The collection of clothing brings the unexpected, all whilst offering what you need! From tights to onesies, cardigans to shoes, leggings to jackets, dresses to shoes – the collection is full of playful, unique, bright and stylish pieces. Items that will make people small and big happy.
The Village Anthology's mission is to promote positivity through the items they offer, and you can see this shining through their pages! Mama Sydney came up with the idea for The Village Anthology while recovering from a traumatic brain injury. As she sought to navigate the world again, Sydney consciously surrounded herself with beautiful things – which not only made her smile, but also helped her connect with society. People stopped and asked questions, and friendly conversation followed. The goodness spread!
A portion of each sale is donated to the Seleni Institute in an effort to raise awareness and destigmatise mental health issues.
“You can truly feel the positivity in this curation! I love the ethos of this shop.”
