Cute crêperie in London’s Hammersmith

In the dark winter days, it seems totally acceptable to eat dinner and desert whenever you feel the desire. So, we booked a table at the cosy little French crêperie, La Petite Bretagne. Located in London’s Hammersmith area, it is the perfect treat for a pre-theatre indulgance before a performance around the corner at the adorable kids’ theatre around the corner The Little Lyric.
It is an easy venue for children, savoury crepes, followed by sweet. Easy to share meals. Gluten free on request. And if you have extras leftover, they are easy to pack up and take away in little boxes for a snack in an hour or two.
We went for classic ham and frommage, followed by allll the whipped cream, strawberries, and heart eyes you can imagine. And we also shared a classic sugar and lemon crepe, since it seems mandatory really.
It is an easy and charming little place. Accommodating to buggies, with highchairs at the ready, and a staff that didn’t mind you staring at them while the crack eggs and beat batter. Breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner they’ve got it all covered!
